My partner and I spent a week at the Ambrosia, it was one of our most relaxing and peaceful holidays in the last 30 years!
We came in the last week of October, the first thing about coming to turkey at this time of year is the weather is actually bearable, especially for a pair of oldies like us. During the day the weather is nice 20 degrees, not as intense as it would be in mid-summer, and during the evening the temperature drops to a nice 15 degrees, however, it does feel colder than that so appropriate autumn clothes are needed.
The hotel itself is marvellous, every single corner of this place has great attention to detail, it seriously felt more like a five star hotel than a four star.
The restaurant is nice and clean with good food, the lobby is very warm and inviting (it also has nice games to pass the time like a pool table, darts boards, an array of board games for all ages and a nice library. The beachfront is gorgeous, starting every morning off with your breakfast and a coffee here, it doesn't get much better :D
The hotel is in a lovely area too, there are plenty of nice places in the town to go for dinner, drinks, coffee etc. Even at this time of year we still were not left with nothing to keep us busy.
We would highly highly recommend this hotel for your future travels, it is perfect for all age groups.

I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at The Faros Hotel. It's perfectly situated in a peaceful beach area, away from the hustle of Bodrum's center, which made it ideal for unwinding. Each morning, breakfast was a delightful start to the day.

My stay at the was outstanding! The hotel is right by the beach, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the season change. The rooms were spotless, and the entire property felt exceptionally clean, amazing design. The staff were always friendly, always helpful. The hotel was clean & affordable. The view from my room window overlooked the water.
Offering plenty of five-star-worthy features, these plush properties may provide plenty of optional extras such as on-site dining and valet parking. Many can be found in central locations near to major landmarks and shopping areas, and you can expect above-average service from the hotel staff.

Then location is very convinet, right on the seasshore with a private beachfront and a promenade along the short with lots of shops and restaurants. Around 45 minutes walk from Bodrum city center.
Very friendly staff, however only a few of them speak English.

Absolutely the best location we could find in the Bodrum area. Locate actually in Bitez this hotel was 2 minute walking from the beach front, where tons of beach clubs turns into restaurants at night with such a vibrant coastal vibe to enjoy your evenings.
The staff costumer service was exceptional and the room freshly renovated was just perfect for the ending of our honeymoon! Would definitely recommend this place.
The location was unbelievably close to the beach, including an exclusive private beach! Imagine dining at restaurants and sitting at tables in the evening, just 1 meter from the shore—absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere was fantastic, with the sound of the waves providing the perfect backdrop. The price-quality ratio was excellent, making it an incredible deal. I was blown away by the stunning views and the overall experience. It truly felt like a slice of paradise, especially in during sunset!
The location is excellent. Two minutes walk to the beautiful Bites Beach and a 15-minute drive to the city center. The hotel enjoys amazing views overlooking the mountains and the sea. The Staff is the friendliest and the most accommodating I have ever met! We would come again for sure. Thank you for everything :)
The room was clean and modern.
Fridge, kettle, tea bags and 2 in 1 Nescafe sachets provided. A hairdryer too. Tv in the room with a decent music channel and BBC news ! The staff were very helpful, friendly and smiling. The food was served quickly, plentiful and bottled water poured frequently at dinner. There was a choice of Turkish or English breakfast. Beachfront location. Nice and clean swimming pool with well padded loungers. Great evening entertainment.

Everything is well organized for a nice relaxing and unique holiday. Very welcoming, professional and friendly staffs. The rooms are huge, decorated in a very modern way with great balcony view like a dream. Everything is very clean. The breakfast is fantastic , good quality foods and very well presented. We stayed in Sea view suit and deluxe room and we definitely recommend both.
