Nothing was too much trouble for the team who arranged a taxi from the airport, a boat trip to see Pink Dolphins and a taxi to the port to get to Koh Samui. Fon even helped us book our hotel in Chaweng!

I was expecting seaview. What I saw was an ugly wall 8 m in front of my Terrasse. I was promised a parking for my car. There was none except a very busy main road. The bathroom contained a very old tub with a tiny shower inside. Very dangerous for an old couple - slipping and falling. Absolutely a bad ripoff for THB 42,000 three nights in offseason

A beautiful location and a fairly new 3 story hotel. Staff were freindly and helpful. The room was very spacious but for a new hotel very disappointing. The french fold doors between the spa and bathroom did not work. There were rat droppings on the bathroom sink in the morning and the shower did not function properly. There was a good thai breakfast available on the second morning of our stay but none on the first. We had to preorder and there was no cereal offering for breakfast. The restaurant was still under construction or some sort of modification so that took away from the charm of the stay. I would not pay full price for this accommodation. We managed to get around 60% discount through booking.com and going mid-week.

It's a very attractive location on the river bank and a short walk to the beach. The owner is very friendly and arranged a cooked breakfast for me very early in the morning. The air conditioner worked well.

Ideal location. Amazing, dedicated host that took care of the guests despite recovering from an injury. The salted butter for toasts and tasty bananas were a nice touch. You can get breakfast delivered from across the street. Sunbeds were great both after breakfast and at sunset. Nice clean room and well maintained bathroom. Large fridge with a freezer compartment for ice.
Very high-quality, beautifully designed and parctical hotel. Is in a really good location. Look and smells great on arrival with a welcome drink. My seaview room had the most amazing views, room was comfortable and clean, with a good working air conditioner. Love the pool area and breakfast was deliciours. Nice view. Absolutely fantastic stay. The property was spacious and clean. All facilities as advertised and more. I have stayed in other 1-bedroom apartments in the block but they come nowhere near the level of excellence of this one. I love the location with private shaded parking, very big pool and 2 restaurants of differing quality as neighbors. Lovely beach albeit with temperamental swimming conditions. An issue of WIFI was sorted very swiftly. Worth the extra spend. Thank you, Carl and Khun Puk.
