Breakfast was nice, complete. People working there were fantastic. The bathtub and the water were perfect. Location also perfect. The Pub next to the hotel was the best, good food and great atmosphere, great people working there: Facundo, Juliana, Gastón and the rest also nice people. People working in the hotel were nice.

The room facilities are very new and the interior is very warm. Breakfast is very varied, and the staff are very friendly and polite to solve all our problems. The location of the hotel is in the city center, which is very convenient.

AMAZING VIEW!!! :D I'm so happy I stayed here - it was magic to watch the mountains changing colours from my room window! I even saw a reindeer outside my window! Super thick duvets and huge pillows to lounge on; very thoughtful. Big room, very comfortable. Nice decor. Nice staff. Very clean. Very central location - easy short walk to everything, important when it's cold outside and you want to find food. Pretty quiet.

Polfareren is a great location within easy walk of the shops and adventure activity pickups. The room was a lovely size and the heated bathroom floor was divine. The breakfast was delicious with a big range of food. The cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming.

Room and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed free tea and cocoa. Overall the atmosphere is very cosy. The location is also very good - we could enjoy an amazing view while walking to the city center.

Very nice accommodarion, Elena was very kind and helpful, there were always some delicious snacks prepared. Good location, close to the city centre, between mountains. We were super happy with this place and can strongly recommend!

Good location. Located in the city centre, close to the main road, but quiet all day. The staffs were very helpful. Nice to see lovely welcome chocolates with polar bear shape when first entered the room.

The hotel is beautiful and the location very near to the center. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are shared but they were always quite clean. The breakfast is very variegated and delicious with a lot of options, including vegan milk. The restaurant of the hotel serves high quality dishes.
