I was traveling many times to Haarlem, but it was my first experience at this hotel. I'm so happy with my choice, the room was so comfortable, staff are so friendly, delicious food and breakfast. I stayed 4 nights without any complaints. 15 minutes to walk city center, location great, my recommendation book with breakfast. The breakfast too were to individual preferences and served in a delightful room overlooking the surrounding old part of Haarlem.

For many years before Covid have we stayed at your hotel, we have always been satisfied with the accommodation and the service.
For one night my brother had made reservations in Sneek and I was unable to cancel one evening accommodation in Haarlem
We also found that after 5 we would have liked to have a small meal but that was not possible.

Great little hotel! The room was very comfortable and well designed! The location is a dream, the public parking garage is only 3 minutes away, the hotel is located directly in the beautiful town center. The staff is super friendly and always there for you.
