The view from this room was spectacular, the size of the balcony was great, we loved how bright the interior was, the hotel was impeccably clean, and after stopping into other hotels for services we realized how lucky we were to be at this hotel where 95% of staff greeted with a smile and helping hand, and had a level of professionalism other hotels and restaurants lacked. It was wonderful that they had a young man come and carry our luggages up the many stairs. We felt so bad for him having to carry all that weight! Reception provided great recommendations for our trip to Ravello and a very professional taxi service for around Positano as well. We also appreciated the breakfast options.

What a beautiful hotel. We wanted somewhere with a balcony and a view of the water, and this lovely hotel did not disappoint. Loved our clean and comfortable room that had a huge shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Alissea, who gave us heaps of useful information on what to see and how to get around. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel if you don't want to walk to the town centre. Alissea also organised a transfer to Naples Train Station for when we were leaving. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is spectacular with wonderful views. The apartment itself is newly renovated, clean, with finished with great attention to detail. We appreciated the food supplies to get started - croissants, milk, fruit juice, tea, etc. Stefania was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to arrange transport, tours, and a boat trip to Capri. We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment.
If this is 4-star, what is 5 like?! This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, the view is unbelievable, and the staff are super friendly. All linen smells beautiful, the food was high quality, the balconies are huge and the walk (up/down stairs) is in the middle of the water and the Christopher Columbus street. I will absolutely be back.
The property was excellent. Best place to stay in Positano. Great location, great view, room was huge. Staff Katia went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast served every morning on our balcony was exceptional. Property was easy to get too. If you have a private driver taking you there they drop you off right at the door. Minimal steps if you want to avoid steps. It’s only a 10min walk down the main road to the city centre or the beach. There are lots of restaurants near by too.
The location is amazing. You are right in the city center, next to the beach and 3 minutes from the ferries. Even though you are in the heart of it, the room was quiet and dark. Had great sleep. Wonderful shower. Front desk provided towels for the beach. Room was large and nice size terrace overlooking the water. Bedroom could use some updating and improved lighting but bathroom was updated and modern. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

I love the little things like you could use everything in the mini fridge and they replenish it daily, they also give you 2 refillable glass water bottles and there is a water station to fill it up, I especially loved this as it is the first environmentally conscious hotel in Italy I’ve come across
