There was nothing good about the property…the location surrounding the property is filthy,too much of mosquitoes and no views at all…it felt more like we were staying in a chaal…
The beds are soft and situated very low….cleanliness is bad..
Bathrooms were stinking of some foul smell…
There was so much of noise in the passage…if anyone talks outside ur room you can hear it clearly and you can’t be at peace if ur looking to spending quality peaceful time
This spanking new property is very well located in north Goa. This was the first time we stayed in this part of the city. The hotel decor and design are stylish and modern. Very tastefully designed hotel.

Best shower I have had in Asia in 6 months. Huge bathroom, huge bed, modern tasteful furnishings.
What makes this however place is the staff. From the front desk, to the back bar, to the manager. They all have been so warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem .. just perfect. They are also great with Kids.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.
