The location was good. The property is great if one wants to spend quality time away from traffic and relax. I will visit again with family and friends and also recommend staying there.

Room Service and Hospitality was very good. The toiletries were made available without being asked for.
Quality of food was amazing.
Location being right on the Pune-Bengaluru highway, sleep at times could be disturbed due to an odd vehicle honking loud at the middle of night.

The staff was very friendly & coperative in everything we asked for ..felt very safe & friendly as we were with our whole family ..location is very close to bus depot & city center .very clean rooms & bathrooms .
The staff at the breakfast area were very friendly and super attentive. As soon as we were done with a plate , they would come clear it. Rooms are very big and comfortable. WiFi worked very well. The location is nice, right on the highway. Overall , the comfort level for the price is really good. The toiletries provided are of a high quality and avuryedic.
Breakfast was good but the service for breakfast was slow. some fellow passengers were really very angry about the delay. Quality was good enough. location did not matter for us, but it was in general suitabkle for all
