Infrastructure and facilities are good, everything else from there is a hideous experience. Starting from the staff which literally follows you and your guests and not in a welcoming way. One of them ended up following a young lady of my family under the name of security when she clearly felt extremely uncomfortable. The sad thing is the infrastructure and food is so capable of having a 10 star review but the male staff COMPLETELY ruins the privacy and the freedom of living at a hotel!

The property location is very good, the area is very decent, the hotel is newly renovated so the interiors are very good, the staff is exceptionally helpful, they go above and beyond their duties to make your stay comfortable (I forgot my charger the couriered it to next day). Would definitely recommend this to others.

This property location is good but room services & cleanness very bad dirty smell in toilet not solve by staff even when we book with extra large bed they given single small floor bed which one is very bad quality. Even not given towel in washroom no tooth brush kit & nothing they are offered to customer.
I had booked a triple room for me and parents. The room is old (it would deserve repainting the walls mainly) but everything in there was functional
- spacious room and fairly clean and clean bedsheets etc.

- there is a window which is always nice to have
