Great location, amidst backdrop of lush green mountains and near to the beach, nestled in Arambol (one of the happening areas in north Goa), ample solace and rightly justifies its name “serenity” and about just the correct amount of hustle-bustle nearby. A good place to relax with family n friends. There was a storm and heavy rain, so mostly stayed within the resort and rooms. The room service is good.

I stayed almost 3 days here. Location is peaceful, hosts very kind and helpful. Accomodation is clean and I had everything what I needed there. Price/quality ratio is the best.
I recommend long beach walks, direction south, swim here and there, have a beer here and there (I did twice and went approx. 8 km down).

The location is perfect - 30 seconds from the shore line. The room is spacious, clean, and stylish. Hot shower, fan, AC, a table with chairs for working on your laptop or eating.
Location is good. The garden is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The low price makes sense with the quality, there sure are higher quality hotels, but it's ok for traveling on a budget. :)
The location was perfect, Bed and Bedding very good, lockable cupboards, free Buffet Breakfast.
Sea view from the shared balcony. The musical entertainment was beyond my expectations, jam sessions in the afternoon and quality bands in the evenings. Lovely comfortable Bar Restaurant with friendly staff. The Hotel manager Celiza could not have been more helpful. Very good for the price.

Very clean, big room. New renovated. AC and hot water all day. People there is very friendly and helpfull. Location is the best. A few meters to the beach and middle in the market. No. Noise in the night, except a few dogs. It is. Very quiet. And a reasonable price for GOA. If we come back, we will stay here again.
The price is lower than surrounding guest houses, so I expected lower quality, but i can tell you i was absolutely amazed. Great peaceful location, rooms are big and comfortable, private canteen, very clean. Nice touch that Indian guest houses so often forget-net window to protect from insects and alow fresh air during the night. A/c, and probably even a washing machine is available for guests. Nice little stroll away from the beach.

One of the best hostels I have stayed in. Great location, good facilities, good quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. But the best thing is the atmosphere the team here have created - it’s genuinely a family here and you feel at home from the second you arrive. Would 100% recommend
Tavern is a wonderfully located restaurant in the property with a majestic view over the estuary. The quality of items served at breakfast was superb especially the pooris . The view from the balcony of the room is astounding, You can walk down a flight of steps to be closer to the breakers and the sound of their fury is real music. Dinner had limited choice but alls well. The location of the Heritage property is a great attraction for all those who are looking for a peaceful coexistence with nature.
