Great location, close to everything. We chose it because it was super close to the port. There are some stairs, but the owner took our luggage up so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast provided at nearby restaurant, and it was a great buffet.

The decoration style reminds me of the mainstream decoration style in China in the 1990s, bringing back a lot memories. The hostess is very enthusiastic and seems to be the main person in charge of reception, with her phone number being the one left for contact. When checking in, she happened to be out, so the host, a very serious uncle, came to receive us by ringing the doorbell. He has his own set of principles and rules. For example, he would point out very seriously that this table belongs to this room, and that table belongs to that room. Another example is that we booked two apartments, and when he introduced the first one, he only allowed the people staying in the first apartment to enter, while the others had to wait outside. This would be considered impolite in China, which I find quite amusing, but I believe it's his own insistence. He has his own passage to get up and downstairs, so when moving from one room to another, he would take his own path and let us go outside. This reminds me of Madame Zhou in "Shantaram" For me, it's very amusing, but I would suggest to the host that when receiving guests from the East in the future, he should not do this, as it might be acceptable in the West but could make people feel not very warm in the East. Finally, the host would very carefully introduce how to operate each device in the room, making me think he is a Virgo. In fact, this is completely unnecessary, as there is nothing particularly special about the devices in the room, and basically anyone living in modern civilization would know how to use them. Other than that, there is nothing else to say. We only stayed for one night, arrived late and left early, and the comfort of the room is super. Due to time constraints, we did not try breakfast, but everyone says it's good, so I think it should be quite nice.

A nice change from a hotel room. Very relaxing and not too far from town if you have a car. Breakfast in a basket each morning a lovely touch. 10-15 minute walk to beach. Staff were extremely helpful. Facilities to wash clothes was a bonus.

Appartment is modern and spacious, comfortably fournished and nicely decorated with lovely details. Two big terraces makes the feel of the app even bigger. Two bathrooms come really handy. The location for us was great, short walk to the city centre (10-15 mins). Friendly, responsive and helpfull hosts. The automated cooling and heating system is working it's job really nice. Comfortable beds.

Possible you can't find better location in Rovinj, in Februry street was very quite. Apartment is acomodated very modern a stylish. Just walls and floor shoud better keep noises( from us and also from another), but it was nothing to complain. Information and communitacion with owner was accurate.

It is in the historic building, however it is perfectly renovated, everything is brand new, very modern, high-end, functional, cosy, practical and with good taste. It is equiped at the level of 4 star hotel, even better. Great communication with owners. Absolute recommendation!
