Ikies Suites Santorini is an amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and took great care of us the whole trip, from organising taxis, helping us with our luggage etc. The property is beautiful, perfect location to have great views of Oia, but only a short walk into the centre of Oia. Our suite was wonderful, and the private terrace was perfect to enjoy breakfast on every morning. Breakfast was also incredible, and a great selection. We had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat

Our Alitana suite with pool was excellent with superb view of Oia and the sea.

Very good location out of the crowd and pretty close to the main attractions of Oia and 10 steps from delicious restaurants. Breakfasts are correct but would be good to improve the quality of products-ask what they serve and agree the set the day before for better satisfactio-they are open for that. Yes, the water in the jacuzzi i cold but that's ok when there is hot outside. Friendly staff.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room and the roof top were spacious, clean, and quiet with a nice view. It also had good amenities like a quality speaker and cooking equipment. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location.

The only 2 redeeming aspects of the property -
- location (pretty central to all cafés restaurants and main square, though the views are corner view of the caldera and there are properties with better views)
- the concierge service operated by Eleni . She was a total sweetheart, very prompt, gave good restaurant recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. I have given 4 stars only for her.
We enjoyed the breath taking view, stylish well designed room and quality furniture, very good location, breakfast is ok (just keep in mind to take more items, as 1 item is very small, if you order 1 croissant you will get very small one, one yogurt portion is a big spoon of yogurt. Pillows were a little bit too high and too hard, but very comfy bed and mattress. Friendly staff. I liked absolutely everything apart my pillow :), but that is a fixable thing, i think. Thank you, Oia Suits, I loved my stay.
