With lovely views of the Thames Estuary, this Southend-on-Sea hotel offers free Wi-Fi, treatment rooms, and free parking. The Restaurant offers seafood specialities and classic British dishes with a contemporary twist. Guests can either dine in the Roslin Restaurant, the Bar and Lounge, or choose from one of the outdoor terraces, overlooking the Estuary.

The location is excellent, but more importantly, the customer service as as good as any five star hotel I have stayed at. Indeed, i’m now staying at the Mandarin Oriental in London and the Roslin service is comparable

The train station is only 5 minutes away and the airport is reachable in less than 15 minutes. London is a 45 minute drive away.

I stayed in a single room which had a double bed. The room was small which I knew beforehand but more than adequate for one person. I had a sea view which was not expected but very nice. The room was clean and pleasant to be in.

Such a warm friendly welcome. My room was absolutely spotless. Very modern with stylish interior. Bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in. Small box of cornflakes and milk in the fridge which was a wonderful touch. Carol was and is the best host you could ask for. Definitely a 5* rating from me. Close to all amenities and parking easy. Keep up the great work Carol and see you again soon.

First rate check-in: I arranged to arrive early and this was no problem. The breakfast was high quality, varied and cooked to order. The location on the sea front was ideal and with a good bus service into the city centre.
