Felt like we was in our own home as just so comfortable everywhere . It was really luxurious and spotlessly clean. Bed was so soft and comfy ...we was in bed for 9pm .All staff were super nice and polite. Meals there were yummy.

The most impressive thing about this hotel/golf club are the stunning grounds which are beautifully kept. Every area was tended to and clearly the ground staff take enormous pride in their work. Even if you’re not a golfer there are delightful walks around the mature undulating estate.
Our room although not in the main building was clean and spacious with a lovely view. Perhaps a bit dull but nonetheless good value.

In a budget hotel, you don’t expect much so to find it hard the full bar, lounge and restaurant was a real plus.
It was the food that the biggest surprise.
It was excellent. I had a club sandwich and it was completely fresh beautifully put together and he actually listened to me and made it with a runny egg.

Breakfast was not pleasant. Eggs were over cooked. Sausages were not nice. Juice was watered down so that it was no longer juice.
Coffee was ok. That's the only good thing.
Dinner was nice. Shame about the breakfast.

Very secure parking and good security lighting inside and outside. . Quiet area. Easy to find. Reception staff helpful. Easy to obtain keys. Modern clean apartment, nice and cosy as good central heating throughout that we didn't need on other than first hour there. Nice quality food and drinks left for us nice touch. Plenty of storage space. Easy walk into city centre. Quality of bedding good.

It was a very clean , smart and spacious modern apartment , good location for city centre, secure. The beds were very comfortable, all amenities functional, internet connection good. warm. Good soundproofing
Good location in proximity to restaurants and not too far from the city centre. Friendly and welcoming reception staff and clean rooms with crisp sheets on a very comfortable bed and blackout curtains made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was included, I requested vegetarian sausages, they were good quality, poached egg not available, but overall better than expected for a budget hotel. Soya milk also available on request. If ever in Derby again, I would stay here.
