Very comfortable and quite historic looked lovely with all the candles lit for those dining in the evening, the owner was very attentive and we had a good conversation regarding the hotel, we only ate breakfast but there was a good selection of either full english, or vegetarian, yoghurts and fruit or muesli

Breakfast was really, really good as were the evening meals. The ambience in the restaurant/bar area was wonderful. But the over-riding factor was the friendliness of all the staff which was beyond all expectations.

Dinner was excellent. we ate in the restaurant and had a lovely meal which was really good quality. Breakfast - we needed to leave early in the morning and so could not stay for the sit down breakfast but were given a takeaway by the Bird in Hand which was great. The hosts were excellent company and we would certainly stay here again.

Banbury Cross B&B, hotel in Chipping Norton

Situated just 5 minutes' walk fro the centre of Banbury, the Banbury Cross B&B offers free Wi-Fi access throughout and free onsite parking.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The host Michelle was a lovely friendly lady who came out to meet us after we pulled up! She gave lots of recommendations of places to visit. The B&B is about a 5 minute walk from the town centre , so a perfect location. Although the bathroom was small the room was spacious with everything you might need for a short visit. Plenty of choice at breakfast and hot food cooked as requested and to perfection!! All in all a great place to stay

Lovely bright modern cabin with all we needed for our week's break. The kitchen was better stocked with items than we had been led to believe (the pre-departure email told us to bring tea towels and oven gloves, and yet these were provided) and we also enjoyed playing the games provided at the property. The location was great, and the staff on the campsite were very helpful and friendly too.
