We wanted to thank Renaud and his full team for looking after us as their own. Even though language was an issue some times but they always found a way and smiled thru everything. To be honest we would be lost without them in Deauville/Trouville as this was our first time. We also arrived on Bastille Day a classic mistake.. They helped us with everything from the taxis to the what to order on the menu to getting us a last minute table at Cafe Mer Paulette. Our only suggestion would be to offer a better breakfast although very typical of the region. It is a bit pricey for 18 Euros as one can get a good coffee and croissant from the many coffee shops and eat by the sea. The room is another chapter, FANTASTIC.!! We had a fantastic family time enjoying the breathtaking views from almost every room. Free parking in front of the house is super convenient. The hosts are extremely friendly and they have so many hints and tipps regarding house and overall the region of Normandy. We used to stay at the hotel Le Normandy in the past, but decided to upgrade for a bigger space for our big family and we did not regret it for a second. The house is big and very clean and is very nicely decorated. We will for sure be back.

We loved our ocean facing room. Our second room was okay but across the building and down the hall. I was hoping to be closer to our second room (our kids are 8 and 13). We had to get 2 rooms because they didn’t have quads available. For Europe, the rooms were a good size. We were on the 6th floor and had a balcony off each room (please note they are lovely, but you can’t fit a chair on them like many balconies in Europe). Coffee was good and location is awesome. On the beach (you have to cross one road and you’re on the boardwalk). Every restaurant and cafe is walking s Distance and the Bac is just steps away. Beds were very comfortable. The older, stylish lady was lovely at every interaction at reception. She was very happy and helpful.

Nice modern hotel in a great location in beautiful Deauville. Our room with a private attached bathroom was clean and spacious. Nice size bathroom for European standards which is always nice. The room was no frills, but digitally connected with a large digital TV, speakers to stream music in the room/bathroom, and the options for mood lighting was fun. The bed was very comfortable. The property had lots of space to work or relax and have a drink. Being American we like to have lots of ice in our drinks and the bar was gracious when I requested a big glass with lots of ice - a treat in France. The staff was warm and friendly. We definitely recommend this great place.
