Comfortable clean apartment right in the centre of Rennes, very good location in proximity to the old city. The place was modern and renovated in an older builder. We loved the city as a whole. Parking was secure and gated which was nice. Area felt very safe.

Fabulous location for the heart of Rennes. Beautifully decorated & stylish modern hotel. Although no parking facilities at the hotel there is plenty of on street parking available close by. Overall, highly recommended.
It felt very secure, it was easy to park right outside. Everything worked and it was in a quiet location. Stylish good quality furnishings, well kitted out kitchen and great bathroom.
The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The towels and sheets provided were good quality and there was a wide choice of channels on the TV. The location was convenient for shops and the city centre, although it had suffered quite a bit of damage in recent demonstrations. Despite being on a busy street, the apartment was at the rear of the block and notably quiet.

10 min walk to the bus stop Maltièrs, near Castorama.
We travelled to the guest house with a car, and then it was pleasant to find Bus route C6 runs every 10 min to the city centre, bus stop Republique; ticket costs 1.50 euro pp.
Spent here a few days in October. Weather was optimal, no heating or cooling was necessary. Great location close to public transport facilities (underground, buses) and Parc Thabor. City center within walking distance. Very clean overall. The room looked like it had been freshly renovated. Good WiFi. Equipment is basic and room is simple but nothing essential is missing. Bed very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. A great quality/price ratio!
The hotel was modern and clean, and the location was just in front of the newly renovated Rennes station, which is very well communicated. The items of breakfast were all high quality and tasty.
