My favorite place to be, cozy and fancy at the same time - Maison Lamartine is where you are a guest, not a client. Spacious, smart and very comfortable, rooms really worth it. If you have opportunity - take the one with a view 😍, the only thing that can compete it is generous breakfast in the garden. People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.

I cannot recommend this apartment hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the ultra-clean and organized environment. The attention to detail is unparalleled - they have thought of absolutely everything. A comprehensive manual placed on the table provides clear instructions and illustrations for operating every single electric device, including the dishwasher, washing machine, AC, and digital apartment lock. The manager is a tech wiz and always available for assistance, even via WhatsApp. Their remote control of the entire operation is truly impressive. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but the exceptional experience convinced us to extend our stay, not once but twice! We will definitely return as soon as we're back in town. Don't miss out on their delicious breakfast and the unique, magical inner garden. Bravo to the manager for creating such a remarkable and memorable experience. Thank you!

We stayed at Ville le Nid for ten nights from 28th of July to 7th of August in the duplex apartment named Emeraude. The apartment was very clean and well organized, modern and with everything you need for short or longer stay. Blandine and Jean-Luc are a wonderful host and very helpful, gave us good advice and always willing to help. The beautiful garden around the house had a lot of tables and chairs for the guests staying at the Ville le Nid. There is a grocery store just around the corner. The fruits and vegetables market on the next street. There is also Tram stop which takes you straight down to the beach which is only a few stops away. The neighborhood is very quiet and not so much tourism as down at the beach which is only few minutes away. We highly recommend Villa le Nid. Blandine and Jean-Luc thank you very much for lovely stay.

We would like to thank Elisabeth and Frédéric for the great hospitality! Frédéric met us in the apartments, presented all facilities, and provided useful hints and recommendations. The apartments are really equipped with everything we needed for our stay starting from welcome water and coffee and finishing with iron and ironing board so during our stay we want for nothing. The apartments are clean and comfortable. They are located in the center of Nice, 5 mins from the Old Town. We followed Frédéric's recommendations and visited several restaurants which turned out to be really cool. Communication with the host was easy and fast. We have enjoyed our stay in L'Olivette.
