Great hotel, very comfortable, clean, well decorated room, bathroom is wonderful, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is in a really good location but set back in a quite cul de sac so very quiet for busy central Nice. 10 minutes walk to the breach and Place Massena, car parking if reserved right outside the hotel which is a great price and very convenient. Excellent breakfast, and last but not least, the staff are fantastic. Antony and Maude are a credit to the hotel.

My favorite place to be, cozy and fancy at the same time - Maison Lamartine is where you are a guest, not a client. Spacious, smart and very comfortable, rooms really worth it. If you have opportunity - take the one with a view 😍, the only thing that can compete it is generous breakfast in the garden. People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.

The bathroom was very spacious. Interior was simple but very functional and the room was very clean. Housekeeping did a good job of tidying every day and we were never disturbed. The air conditioning works very well to keep your room cool and the rooms are quite during the night. The staff is very friendly and polite! The location allows you walk to old town and beach or you can conveniently take public transport. The TV supports casting and the WiFi works very well.

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed in- the apartment and the gardens. Spotlessly clean with attention to detail- loved the decor. The garden is beautiful with lots of trees offering shade with a splash of colour from the flower trees- perfect for an outside meal or a cup of coffee in the morning. Jean Luc met us at check-in and helped with luggage( also when checking out), which was very much appreciated. Very close to amenities with many restaurants within a very short walking distance. The train station also very close by, making it super easy to explore- Monaco was a quick 20minute train ride. Jean Luc is the quintessential gentleman, he made my 12 day stay all the more worthwhile.
