We spent 2 nights at the hotel. The impressions were the most pleasant. Everything was at the highest level, starting with the beautiful views from the room and at breakfast, ending with a wonderful room and a comfortable bed. We especially wanted to mention a young man-a hotel employee (unfortunately we didn't have time to ask for his name)- a very nice, helpful guy, helped with all the questions, booked us a wonderful restaurant in Monte Carlo. It is a pity that we could not personally thank him, because at the time of our departure, he was not working.

The location is excellent. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and there’s a Carrefour City supermarket next door. We thought it would be good for the basics and we’d have to go to a bigger supermarket to get the rest, but it actually provided everything we needed for the fortnight, including fresh bread throughout the day. Carnoles-Roquebrune station is only a 10 minute walk away, from where you can get the train into Italy or along the coast to Nice and Cannes. Although we had driven down we hardly used the car except for a couple of trips that were too long by public transport. There are a number of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, but we found there’s a better and bigger selection in Menton, which is just a few minutes on the train or a 35 minute or so walk. Parking in the underground car park felt very secure. Apartment was generally well equipped and clean, with plenty of storage for clothes and a good sized balcony. The rooftop pool was a really nice setup as well. There was also the bonus of the maid service halfway through the stay changing the bedding and replacing the towels.

Location is very central for the old city, port, beach, access to rail. Once the check-in was done, access was very easy.

The location was quite close to the beach and the city center. An Aldi store was right next door. It was a quiet room, a quiet neighborhood. The room was spatious and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

I love this apartment! it has everything for a wonderful holiday, including an umbrella for the beach, a refrigerator bag, a complete set of kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, a washing machine, of course a stove. beautiful crockery and glasses. the apartment is modern, well renovated, stylish and comfortable. great location in the old town 5 minutes from the beach. supermarkets are also not far away. train station within walking distance. management is very attentive. very cool apartment.
Building has been recently refurbished and renovated and looks really nice inside (could be easily a four star if had larger facilities etc ) I had a deluxe double with balcony facing the main square - double door windows (no noise at all from the street) , large bathroom and room with all right amenities and furniture - rooms were nicely cleaned

This is my 2nd time in this lovely modern apartment. Very clean, beautiful views. Check-in was easy and host easy to reach before check-in and during booking. The location was great and easy to walk to my business event and to the town. Plenty of sleeping space... fold down bed with sofa bed in lower room and sofa bed and main bed upstairs in living area. Huge dressing area and bathroom and laundry upstairs by master bedroom. Lots of nice lighting throughout. Quality finishing. Good A/C
