The rural location was a quiet, safe and tranquil setting, yet in easy reach of the sea/beach, and other attractions, such as the zoo and Mont St Michel. The property had large grounds, with trees and lawns, and play facilities for the children, plus plenty of outdoor seating, both out in the open and under cover. The host was there to welcome us, and was extremely friendly and helpful, and kept in touch to make sure everything remained ok.
KER MANOU - Baie des dauphins, a property with a garden, is located in Cancale, less than 1 km from Port Picain, a 13-minute walk from Saussaye, as well as 1.6 km from The Pointe du Grouin.
Offering plenty of five-star-worthy features, these plush properties may provide plenty of optional extras such as on-site dining and valet parking. Many can be found in central locations near to major landmarks and shopping areas, and you can expect above-average service from the hotel staff.
Stayed at the aparthotel with a kitchenette. The location was convenient, a 20 minute walk to town and a car park with a gate that closes at night. Plenty of room in a modern, bright and clean facility. Air con was excellent and needed.

Good choice if you need a room only to sleep and spend most of your time outside. Good location - very close to railway station. Quiet and convenient hotel with small shops and bakeries around. 20 min walk to city centre and tourists' attractions.
Super location in Granville, close to the beach and also close to both the 'old town' and the 'new town'. Staff were helpful in booking restaurants - thank you. Attached restaurant St Louis beautiful fresh food, but must book in advance or you will not get in. Contramarche restaurant in the old town was an excellent recommendation. Nicely updated bathrooms. Breakfast quality was good, choice was adequate. Recommend for a couple of nights or as a stopover.

Liked everything, keep in mind you are in old town so although parking is free it is limited at best and sometimes requires a walk to the room. Also remember the building is old and do not expect the Ritz. Also you will need to go up a few flight of stairs. That aside, the host is kind, apartment well prepared with all necessities. Beautiful location with lot's to see along the Ocean and a short 10min walk to main "new" city center.
