Very good room space. Very spacious bathroom. Building work opposite but very good sound proofing so couldn’t hear road or building. Not a great view from balcony.

Very good offer for breakfast, excellent coffee on a pleasant terrace. The bonus points are the free parking and the air conditioning which was well placed so we enjoyed it during the hot days.
