Practical, spacious apartment and huge balcony, convenient parking underground, nice gardens with pool (we were out of season, hence no use of pool). We did not have breakfast and stayed only 1 night.
Nice view to the garden and pool, although I was expecting some sea view as on the pictures of the room, but we were on the 1st floor, so no sea view. The room was very quiet, so was likely still worth the extra money to not be facing the main road.

A hotel that looks like a 4-star hotel in the off-season is a disaster. Dirt in the corridors, the smell, the bathroom in a catastrophic state (photo) We visited France for the first time, but it was also the last time. The staff in the hotel's restaurant informed us that the restaurant was closed, even though it opened a few minutes after our visit. As I say, a very bad feeling and atmosphere from this hotel and place.

We like the appartament! Everything was good! We were with kids and had a stroller so we liked the appartament was on the first floor. David, the owner of the accommodation, was very friendly, send out all the instruction how to check in.

Fab location, close to places we wanted to see. Love the size of the 2 bed apartment that was allocated to us. The internet connection was fast enough. We paid for the breakfast for the entire stay, the selection was really good, however, it's not in the same building.

Newly renovated and very comfortable spacious apartment where everything functioned very well. The location is very peaceful and the views of the Cagnes valley is extraordinary. We particularly liked the pool where he spent days relaxing, swimming and the kids had some much fun there playing.
All amenities needed for shorter or longer stays were available and we enjoyed the Air-Conditioning when the weather got too hot.
Great location! City center is close, beach is opposite to hotel, Nice airport is 15 minutes driving. This hotel is great value for money and I will come again here next year.
Everything was fine from the time we arrived till our check out. Staff available 24h, gentle. Every space of the hotel was curated and clean. Good quality of bedding and bathroom textiles. Rooftop and pool AMAZING. Gym room equipped with everything (didn’t have the time to use it 😭) Breakfast included everything (on our last day - Sunday - we had breakfast till 11:00!) Location easy to find.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful stylish well equipped apartment. The bed was comfortable. We liked the wall speaker that linked to our Spotify, the wifi was excellent. Liked that it had a garage for our hire car. The location was very good, close to Nice, Antibes. The were hire bikes, buses and train stations were near by. Good restaurants and bars nearby and the sea across the road. It was nice to sit outside in the garden. The shower was excellent.

We stayed just for two days to visit Nice, and booked quite late. The room was recently renovated and very clean. Location is quiet, close to the train station, and shops. About 700 m from the beach.OK underground parking and pet friendly. Generally a decent place.
Really good quality studio flat, very new and clean, the owner Sandrine has been extremely helpful, very friendly and present whenever we needed her.
The garden was great for little bbq (plancha), the sofa bed was easy to pull out, comfortable enough for my friend and I, and the bathroom very clean and modern. Parking spot available when we needed it, but unfortunately the pool was in maintenance the week we stayed.
Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the French Riviera ! Great location too !
