I loved everything! I worried about booking as the location appeared far from the town centre but oh I am so glad I did! the location is WONDERFUL! right by the river, so quiet and calm, walking to a gorgeous Italian restaurant Trattoria, and many other restaurants, also Cite du Vin! and you can walk along the river to the town or take a tram, just perfect! The hotel itself, 10/10 Staff welcoming and polite and professional, hotel entrance stylish and calm and the best bit no awful music! just peace and quiet perfection! spotlessly clean, beds super comfy and HUGE, bedding so soft! floor to ceiling windows, water view, lovely! bathrooms with rain showers heavenly. robes, slippers, coffee machine room and water added to the comfort of our stay. There is also a fantastic roof terrace, with coffee maker there too. After we had dinner along the river we sat on the terrace with coffee and chilled. I think this was the best hotel experience I have had in my life and I have stayed in thousands in over 65 countries. amazing value for the money. we didn’t have breakfast or try the restaurant as we only had one night but we will be returning!

The room was really clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet even if the hotel is very close to the train station. Public transportation was available with a few minutes of walk where you could reach the city center easily. The staff was friendly and helpful.
