Everything was perfect during our stay. The hotel is perfectly located and the main attractions are within a short distance. The room service was amazing and very responsive. The staff are extremely helpful, especially Martina and Carmina. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable in all aspects. They really made our stay enjoyable and easy. The pool and parking facilities are a plus.

Hotel Basilica exceeded our expectations in absolutely every way. The hotel was beautifully tucked away next to the Basilica in old town - such an amazing location just minutes walking to the heart of it all. The hotel also had extremely modern finishes and a great room and balcony; everything was super clean. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and at our disposal if we needed anything. We really had an outstanding stay and couldn't have better things to say!

The cleanliness, customer service, and staff were unbelievably exceptional. From the owner to Vincent (best person we met in the area), to the housekeeping staff, they were all top notch. We will be back multiple times and won't consider staying anywhere else after how well this trip went. I cannot say enough good things about this place!!!
