Missing vegetables on the breakfast. Nothing in the minibar, not even cold water. Breakfast area not cosy, feeling of a conference area.

Perfect location in center of everything. Can walk to old town, over to the surf beach or around the modern shopping area.
Cool bar, useful gym and good food / drink with guest discount.
Room was comfortable and quiet
Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade.

Absolutely fantastic location right on Concha Beach. Staff were exception and made the stay so easy, a special thank you to Leire, who was prompt with responses to my many questions prior to arriving. Overall a lovely experience.

The rooms are top notch, beds are comfortable and the staff are soo great
Offering plenty of five-star-worthy features, these plush properties may provide plenty of optional extras such as on-site dining and valet parking. Many can be found in central locations near to major landmarks and shopping areas, and you can expect above-average service from the hotel staff.
Perfect location for exploring Irún and its surroundings; walking distance to the city centre, transport, parks and beaches.
It's a old style hotel very well maintained. The staff is always present, attentive and kind.
Very friendly host. Very good location for Irun. Near metro. Very modern apartment. Very spacious. Great facilities. Small supermarket across the street.
We chose the location as part of our road trip from Uk to Portugal.. perfectly positioned as an overnight stop. The suite had everything we needed and even thoughtfully welcomed our dog. Romy was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Cleanliness perfect. Everything modern, including our own Netflix! Best thing?? The bed! Huge with luxury sheets… like sleeping in a cloud. Makes such a difference for weary travelers. Thankyou Romy! Hope to see you again. Jo and John
Excellent location for a stopover enroute between France and Spain. Room was of a good size, bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was enormous! Cleanliness was exceptional. Unusually for a hotel in Spain (in our experience), there were coffee making facilities in the room in the shape of a Nespresso (or similar) machine, but there were no instructions and only two capsules were provided (although doubtless we could have obtained more from the reception). We didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on type/quality.
The hosts were so lovely and massively helpful. The property had everything we needed and lots more, super comfortable bed, lovely living room and fabulous bathroom. The location was exceptional, close to a fenced park for dog walks and although the location was very tranquil we were so close to the centre of Irun. Great stroll into the city centre for our evening meal to a restaurant recommend by our hosts.
Fantastic location for us when we travelled through France then into Spain. Quite a modern hotel but the staff were friendly, plenty of parking, clean rooms and the evening meal and breakfast was great.
Excellent location. Tastefully modernised, old-fashioned hotel with lots of original features. Lovely old lift. Great free parking, right in the middle of town. Lots of communal areas, if you don’t want to stay in your room. Nice garden. Very comfortable beds.
The location was great just a few metres away from Trains and Coaches. It's also close to the City Centre so everything is within walking distance. The staff were all excellent, friendly and professional. I would certainly stay here again. Thank you.
It should be 4 stars !! Easy to find, 15 minutes from San Sebastian. Spacious room . Huge bed , fluffy towels , pretty garden , free and easy parking , strong Wi Fi, tasty homemade breakfast , all the amenities of a four star hotel ( even body lotion and Nespresso machine) in a three star family hotel. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed every second of.it . Last but not least the owners sweet Maria and her husband , so friendly and helpful.
