We had order a twin bed room. When we arrived there was only 1 bed. To get two beds we had to upgrade our room and pay a very large price for a cot. Very much a rip off. We will post this and recommend travellers avoid the facitity.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, right across the road from the main train station. Also, the staff were doing their best and were generally friendly and helpful.

The breakfast spread was decent but not according to my expectations. The items for vegetarians were few and there was little variety. Some items from Indian cuisine which are popular in Germany/Europe could be added. A couple of sweet items could also be added.
The room was well appointed though the bathroom should be private i.e. covered as As an Asian I am not used to bathing in an open bathroom.
The location is excellent and within walking distance of most important locations in the city.

The crew was outstandingly kind and helpful, really.
Offering plenty of five-star-worthy features, these plush properties may provide plenty of optional extras such as on-site dining and valet parking. Many can be found in central locations near to major landmarks and shopping areas, and you can expect above-average service from the hotel staff.
The location and accommocation met my demands for the travel journey that I had planned and the participation in an event that I had planned so all is good.
Staff is very friendly. I had requested date changes which they readily agreed despite it being a period of high demand. They helped me with directions to various places too. Also, location is good. It's not too far from city centre. With a combination of bus and tram, it was easy to reach Messe.
Breakfast was very good for the price.
All staff is exceptionally friendly, speaking english and/or german. Location is very near to the city center, so you can reach shops or restaurants by foot in 5-10 minutes.
