Everything was great. The decor was fun, rooms were clean and modern, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great, and the staff went above and beyond. A short walk to the Kehl Rathaus tram station made getting in Strasbourg a breeze.

The staff were very helpful in telling us how to get to and use the trams and buses The place is a little out of town but very comfortable, has a great park across the road for a walk/exercise and is 50m from an excellent restaurant.

Excellent and warm service from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff. We could not find our way to the hotel (the hotel did send us very specific instructions before hand) but we didn’t take note of it - really our fault not the hotel. They were very helpful in resolving the issue and had no problem the following day. I would like to thank Sebastián for all his assistance as well as for the other front desk staff. Great restaurant recommendations too. 😃 We highly recommend this hotel!
