The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, and they honored all of our requests made before our stay. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds. Pets are warmly welcomed, which we appreciated as we were traveling with a dog. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices.

It was clean and the reception staff very helpful and friendly. We didn’t realise there was no aircon and the reception staff organised a fan for us as it was extremely hot.

The location is very good, when you have some event in the city center. However the hotel itself is just ok, but nothing special and not worth the price.

The location was very good, close to the city centre. The accommodation was big, spacious and it looked wonderful. The beds were some of the best I've ever seen in all my travels, so that alone raises the quality of the stay (since I am picky when it comes to sleep conditions)
