Excellent warm staff greeting ( lovely young man , sorry can’t remember your name ) and introduction with recommendations for local eatery and Pubs . He loaned us a wine opener and ice and bucket .Comfortable beds chairs and view to mountains , extremely clean.

I have booked suit and 1st night the air-condition was not working and it was very hot, they could not do anything for us! and next day they side that they have fixed it but still was not working and also no phone was in the room!!
next day we had to change the room! also morning the shower was not having water and when we ask reception they said because the hotel is full and everyone having shower on same time that is the rezone !!!!!!!!

The room was large and modern, very light, but with good curtains to keep it dark as well. Nice shower. The location of the hotel is very central, but the room was quiet anyway.
