The host was amazing. She helped us navigate to the place properly and she was on call until we reached there safely. And she explained everything to us even if she couldn't greet us on site. It was still really easy to get into the place and everything was already organized for us. Her greeting were also really nice and personal.

Tram 4, 6, and 9 have a stop directly in front of the hotel which makes it extremely convenient to arrive to from Dresden-Neustadt trian station or to get quickly to city center. Also, the hotel has a great location relative to the Elbe river and the trail that runs along the river.
