Lovely staff, all spoke great English and were very friendly with me. The room felt cosy and was super quiet when the window was closed. Lots of different lamps, reading lights etc. I really appreciated having the complimentary coffee machine (capsules) as opposed to just cheap sachets. The restaurant for the breakfast and dinner was fantastic! A bit overpriced for dinner but worth it for the great views of the runway, and the overall quality of both the food and the service.

We stayed at the sister hotel Galopprennbahn instead because of a flood at the Universum site. Our relocation was managed very well, in advance of our stay, with a choice of hotels given.
Our actual stay was great. The room was excellent. It was large with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and facilities well thought through. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a functional and modern design, in a very central location, just a few walking minutes from the city centre or the train station. The tram number 6 from and to the airport stops just next to the front door. We were at the 6th floor and had a nice view onto the park and the roofs of the old city. Rooms and hotel was very quiet even it was busy. The staff is very nice and professional. The spa is spacious and clean. A very good choice to visit Bremen, we really enjoyed it.

We stayed in these apartments in the middle of June. Most pleasant impressions! The apartment is very cozy, stylish designed, nothing extra, but it has everything for your comfort: hair dryer, iron, dishes, glasses, modern appliances.
The owner was very courteous and considerate. The tram stop is a stone's throw away, the parking lot is three steps away, the city center is within walking distance. Excellent value for money, quality and location. Strongly recommend! Will definitely come again
