I spent there only one night waiting for my train departure from Chongqing North train station. For this purpose the location was perfect. 5min walking distance to the station. The lady at the reception was very kind and patient when I had problems with the local payment system. She was understanding and supportive. Good pre-arrival communication. Reception is sending detailed instructions how to use public transport to reach the hotel from the airport. Very helpful.

My flight was delayed and arrived at CKG well after midnight but the pre-arranged hotel shuttle was prompt and driver was very responsive. Holiday Inn breakfast was excellent, hotel was very clean and nearby CKG. Highly recommended.

I love this Home 2 Suites by Hilton hotel. The staffs are friendly but just lack of not much staffs can speak English. But most of them try to help and give us a good serving. The breakfast is good, the facilities is the best in Chongqing. Clean fitness centre, And we can wash our dirt clothes by self service laundry. Plus shuttle service to thr airport.
