It's a decent property, not very high occupancy, staff also seems on the lower side, had only breakfast, spread was predominantly Asian/ Chinese
Although weather in Hangzhou is good , the rooms were stuffy, no ventilation and the airconditioning seems dated or the hotel tries to cut cost, inspite of setting the thermostat at 20 degrees middle of the night the room becomes intolerable hot and then you reset the thermostat , also a lot of noise from inside the AC vent , not so if something was loose or was a rat,
Outside the hotel there is a good Indian restaurant and a McDonald's outlet in the same complex, which takes away the eating woes especially for Indians.

We loved the house. It’s far from the hustle and bustle of the city but very close to the West Lake, which you can explore by foot from here.
The rooms are impeccable- not only are they very clean but I really enjoyed the layout. Everything has its place and they feel quite spacious.
The host is amazing! She’s very kind and helpful. The breakfast which is freshly prepare by her and her friends each morning is the cherry on top :)

The room was very big with two toilets, two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. It had a proper place to eat and a sofa to rest apart from the bedroom area. Everything looked nice and cozy. Once had to stay in the room the whole day and it wasn’t a torture.
