Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The garden is elegantly designed and very comfortable to sit in. It's close to all the sights, tucked away in a main street but so situated that you're safely away from the noisy crowd.
Offering plenty of five-star-worthy features, these plush properties may provide plenty of optional extras such as on-site dining and valet parking. Many can be found in central locations near to major landmarks and shopping areas, and you can expect above-average service from the hotel staff.
The owner was very attentive and kind. Her hospitality was definitely 5 stars. She helped me and my friend with many things
1. Explained the various tourist attractions in the city and options to get there
2. Switched on the aircond of our room few hours before we get back to make sure that the room is cool once we are back (the weather was super hot)
3. Drove me to the bus station to purchase bus ticket
Location wise is perfect too. Strategically located in between 2 water towns. Definitely a value for money.
Location just outside of Wuzhen tourist sites, between the west and east side of Wuzhen. Extreme friendly staff who will answer all your questions. She also gave me an orange and a pack of Wuzhen biscuits. Room was clean and had river view.
The layout of the accommodation is interesting in a converted old house. The interior is modern and clean. The environment is cozy and friendly. During the day the road outside is a very busy road, but at night it is quiet.
Location is good as it is very near the East Scenic Zone. Most of all, the landlady is super kind and attentive. It felt very welcoming to be offered Wuzhen cookies and oranges upon check-in. Througout my three-day stay, she was always making sure I had everything I needed. And she sent me to the bus station when I checked out.
An elegant property in a perfect location to reach the East Gate entrance of the water town (10 mins walk) and very close (3 Mins walk) to the inter-city and local area bus station. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, with very clean rooms and very helpful front desk staff. Food in the Chinese restaurant was of a high standard and the buffet breakfast offered a huge variety of choices.
