We loved the house. It’s far from the hustle and bustle of the city but very close to the West Lake, which you can explore by foot from here.
The rooms are impeccable- not only are they very clean but I really enjoyed the layout. Everything has its place and they feel quite spacious.
The host is amazing! She’s very kind and helpful. The breakfast which is freshly prepare by her and her friends each morning is the cherry on top :)

Check in male staff, Joey and bellboy Dragon were amazing, they went the extra mile to make our stay perfect
Joey took initiative to help me out as I cannot read Mandarin well. Dragon helped us under the hot sun without complaints, and even offered tips on where to explore Hangzhou.
All staff were welcoming and we were always greeted with smiles, including the cleaning lady on 12th floor!
