We had an accessible apartment which was on the ground floor, which fulfilled all our expectations. Bathroom had two doors which was excellent. Staff were very helpful getting a temperamental washing machine to work.

Offering plenty of five-star-worthy features, these plush properties may provide plenty of optional extras such as on-site dining and valet parking. Many can be found in central locations near to major landmarks and shopping areas, and you can expect above-average service from the hotel staff.
Although on a main road, the placement of the room meant that we didn't hear traffic at all and enjoyed a very comfortable and quiet night.
The bathroom in our room had been recently renovated and although not all that large was modern and worked well.
The property is in a great location for wineries, beaches and Newcastle. The room layout itself is excellent, water hot and bathroom facilities were modern and a decent size.
Really lovely place, so clean and modern, in a convenient location. We booked at the last minute as we stopped here without planning in advance. The staff were really friendly and the service was great. Highly recommend, I'd stay here again!
