Everything! The staff were really friendly and helpful. The view was stunning, the ambience was great. The location is right at the center of the village. The breakfast and the restaurants were great. Would love to come back and stay longer here. It's really good to laze around and admire the lake view from the balcony. There was even a communal room like a lobby outside the rooms

The place is both picturesque and beautiful, surrounded by nature. The rooms were big, the interior of the hotel was like one out of a Christmas card, very warm and comforting. We were very pleasantly surprised how great everything was. The food was also very tasty.

Great location. Amazing breakfast and food in general. Every single member of the staff delivers perfect service. This is challenging and a great achievement. Respect. The room was nice and most importantly quiet. The view to the Loser is wonderful. I’m not the Spa type so I didn’t use it a lot but it’s nice, it was not overcrowded and the teabar plus nuts and dry fruit is welcomed. I would have appreciated a higher water temperature in the pools but that’s minor. It was warm enough to feel good inside. The golf course is around the corner and next to the hotel. I’m not an expert but the course looked rather mediocre to me and just as much maintained as necessary. But that’s not part of the hotel and not their responsibility. I will definitely come back again.
