The property location - Close access to Train, tram, bus or taxi Easy walk 20 mins to the Duomo Restaurants over the road are excellent and a yummy authentic gelato shop below hotel. Located on the 2nd floor there is a lift to take your bags up to your room, very easy to use. Staff- Tatiana was very welcoming showed us around the apartment, supplied with kitchenette to make tea and has a coffee machine, fridge fully with milk, juice, water, breakfast supplies and plenty of toiletries required when on long trips. Tatiana helped with a map to show us all the important places to visit. Thank you for our stay will highly recommend.

Our stay was pleasant and clean. This hotel is close to central station, a 5 minute walk. The room was surprisingly large with a kitchenette and large fridge and big bathroom. The gym is basic but has a few weights and pieces of equipment for a quick workout . Would recommend staying here if you need to be close to the station we also appreciated the minimal stairs to accomodation.

We liked just about everything. There was nothing to complain about there. Daniele at the help desk was extremely helpful and courteous, answering questions that we did not even ask yet. She made our stay go very smoothly indeed. 100% very happy with her communications and good attitude all the time. I'm addition, there is a lovely good food inexpensive restaurant Osteria Italiana right next to the entrance door to the apartment. Not only that, a very lovely and delicious food family restaurant Cucina Papa Nicola was just diagonally across the road, reached in 20 seconds. What a good place to stay in the city!

Great location. Nicely maintained property. But the best part was the responsiveness of the host to any request we made. The drain in the shower closet was clogged; they got someone immediately to clear it. The washing machine wasn't working; again someone was there to fix it within an hour.
