This hotel is a little pricey, but definitely worth it. My room, the bed, pillows and linens were luxurious. I had the best night’s sleep at this hotel - even though it is close to the airport - I didn’t hear a thing. The hotel’s restaurant was amazing, food was superb.
Place is accessible by train and restaurant. Quite and appreciates the room upgrade without request that initiative for us as a member is a plus. Reception, conceirge and dining staff were superb customer service.
It is a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The reception and restaurant staff are exceptional . I have stayed in many luxurious hotels all over the world that would be very envious of your staff.
The staff were friendly very friendly. The hotel is in a decent location, and is very easy to reach from Taoyuan Airport as it's right next to the Airport MRT line. Breakfast was superb with a good mix of eastern and western choices available. The night views over Zhongli were amazing as well.
Would give a 5 star on this hotel again. Bed is comfy, the receptionist will wait for us to check-in even we arrive at Taiwan at late hours (close to 12 midnight) Good experience
The hotel looks very clean and luxurious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the toilet had very a nice bathtub and shower.
The staff was friendly and helpful all the time !! and they are generous with checkout times and use of the facilities which is the only reason why my feedback is not below 5 stars.
