Vale do Lobo
Located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, this elegant 5-star hotel is a 10-minute walk from Garrão Beach, which featured a concessioned area for guests during Summer. The Ria Park Hotel & Spa features a lagoon-style pool, free fitness centre and WiFi access. Excellent Breakfast, Pool, and Pool Bar. The staff was very friendly, in excellent proximity to the beach via a 5 min shuttle and nice beach concessions, and beautiful sea and nature preserve views, Hotel was very clean, the cleaning staff was excellent and the hotel, in general, was beautiful. I did not have an opportunity to visit the spa will save that for next time. If you are looking for a nice quiet luxurious getaway a 20 min drive from Vilamoura Marina I highly recommend Ria Park.
Tavira
Pousada Convento de Tavira is set around the quiet courtyard of the 16th-century St. Augustine’s Convent. Just few minutes’ walk from the Roman Bridge over Gilão River, it offers an outdoor pool and charging stations for electric vehicles . Rita at the reception was very friendly and helpful, coming to our room to adjust the TV for us, sending someone to fix the windows and adjust the heat, and later arranged a tuk tuk tour of the old town for us.

Excellent location, very convenient and fabulous for a cocktail or wine on the rooftop. Breakfast was also enjoyable with a lovely selection and Tiago definitely deserves 5 stars for his friendly professional service. However, the set dinner menu was a disgrace on the first night, we had read all the past reviews before our arrival and we were extremely disappointed with the standard of food presented for the price. Also, the rooms had open wardrobes (basically a rail) and the walls were paper thin.
Accomodation was 5 stars, a gem in the middle of the city! Mixture of modern and vintage gives that amazing twist!
A beautiful hotel in a great location. Very elegantly decorated and our room was large and light-amazing bathroom. It was also excellent to have use of the kitchen. The first man who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming and went out of his way to show us around and welcome us-5 stars for him!

Nice 5 stars hotel
Service at every level was excellent. The staff at the front desk, the concierge , the man who guide us to show were the garage was. The staff who clean the room ,every one was giving, a 5 stars service. The location of the hotel cannot be better for us.
amazing we booked for 5 days loved it quiet setting we had a garden suite perfect as it had a gate to the garden for our dog. They are dog friendly so helpful and cheerful the kitchen staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast was perfect everything fresh every day we loved it here 5 stars
We stayed here for one night and I was surprised by the quality-price relations! Of course don’t expect a 5 stars hotel, but it’s a very good hostel: central, clean, very helpful staff and a basic breakfast is included.
good location(near the beach), kid pool, service quality, shuttle van takes you to the ria hotel (5 stars) and the beach without no charge.
Great hotel very close to airport. Modern, comfortable, good soundproofing. Loved the chicken themed restaurant on site, very nice food. Hotel and restaurant staff are really nice and helpful, 5 stars service :-)
