The view for the twin towers is really nice. What impressed us the most is the bar on the top floor of the hotel. Also, the hotel is excellent for the location and facilities. We had a wonderful time in the EQ Hotel!

Once you arrive at The RuMa you enter a world that revolves around you. The RuMa Hotel is closely located to the Petronas tower and Pavilion Shopping mall. About 10 min walk to both places but since it rained a lot we took taxis to get around. The hotel is really nice, no complain. The staff are very polite and helpful, the rooms are clean and great. Definitely will recommend this hotel to friends and families if want to stay close to the petronas area.

The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful! The room was luxurious, comfortable and had an amazing view of KL. The area, although slightly more tucked away in the back streets of little India, is easy to navigate to find necessities and there is consistent and reliable access to Grab drivers for a reasonable price due to the central location of the hotel! Easy to get everywhere (BTS, pavilion, KLCC, Airport) and breakfast was amazing value although there were only 5 or so options (set menu Bento style). This hotel will be my regular location from now on when staying in KL, I cannot fault it at all! To stay I loved my time there would be an understatement! 1000/10 review :D
