The room was nicely decorated, well lit and everything was clean and smelling very fresh and nice. The bed was very comfortable with soft sheets. The pool and internal courtyard was well maintained and beautiful. Clean towels were provided by the pool all the time. The breakfast was very tasty and we had the best coffee in Yucatan in this hotel. All the staff was so nice and helpful and they went above and beyond and help us ordering pizza in the night, give us tips and general recommendations of where to go in the city. It was an excellent hotel and overall experience.
