The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Very nice rooms, clean, spacious. We were almost alone at the hotel, so I can't say how it would be in a busier time but it did seam that the walls were somewhat thin. The breakfast was buffet-style and had good variety. On our second day we were offered a special menu for Nauryz, and it was really nice and special.

New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!
Comfortable, clean, quiet. Nice restaurants in the hotel and in the resort nearby. Good location, walking distance to attractions. The pictures on Booking.com do not do it justice and in comparison to the other 5 star hotel in Turkestan they have similar facilities but I would say this one has a better location and more things to do nearby.
