The hotel staff were exceptional in their service - very kind and helpful with all our requests about where to go and what to eat. We booked the one bedroom suite which was astonishingly spacious and clean. The room was so comfortable and homely and really quiet. Our favourite part of the stay was the heated outdoor pool!!!! We loved it so much. Best pool we have ever been in. Hotel breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfast I've had in all my travels. Each dish was delicious - both international and local. The pastries were artisanal, fluffy and delightful. We would love to return and stay there again.

It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Jeju International Airport. I love that this hotel has a strict smoke forbidding everywhere, even on balcony it is not allowed to smoke. That’s absolutely fantastic!! It really make sure that everyone who stays there can finally enjoy the fresh good air. Thank you so much for protecting your non-smokers guests in such a caring way. We also love the pools and food. Perfect service! We will definitely come back again!!

Has a free washing room, which was a great plus.

Jeju Shinhwa World Marriott Resort is a 40-minute drive from Jeju International Airport. Alive Museum Jeju and Hyeopjae Beach are both less than 15 km away from the 5-star hotel. The hotel is gorgeous. Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.

I booked this hotel the day of due to Korean Air cancelling my flight to Busan and leaving my sister & I stranded at the airport. Reservation was super easy through the booking app and once I arrived, the room was ready for my sister and I. Our room was on a higher floor allowing us a nice city view. The room came with a huge window and the cool thing was the window ledge you could sit on for the view. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport which we utilized. The hotel also had an ATM at the lobby. We really enjoyed our one night stay here and would definitely come back if visiting Jeju again. Thank you Jeju Sun!
