The bathroom is fitted with a bathrobe, a bathtub and free toiletries. It was our first time in Jeju and in Korea, and the first family holiday with our 2 young kids after a long break due to covid. The hotel staff were exceptional in their service - very kind and helpful with all our requests about where to go and what to eat. We booked the one bedroom suite which was astonishingly spacious and clean. The room was so comfortable and homely and really quiet. Our favourite part of the stay was the heated outdoor pool!!!! We loved it so much. Best pool we have ever been in. Hotel breakfast was also one of the best hotel breakfast I've had in all my travels. Each dish was delicious - both international and local. The pastries were artisanal, fluffy and delightful. We would love to return and stay there again.

Less than a 5-minute walk from Jungmun Beach, this 5-star accommodation is located within a 10-minute walk from Teddy Bear Museum and only a 5-minute drive from Jeju Convention Centre. It takes 50 minutes by car to reach Jeju International Airport. Beautiful view of the water and beach. Room service was great. Spa gave great massages.

Love it so so much!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Many shops, theme park, water park in the resort. plenty of things to enjoy. Location was great as well. Completely comfortable and relaxing stay without any disturbance. Enough space for parking. I will definitely go again. There is nothing to complain about.

Jeju Shinhwa World Marriott Resort is a 40-minute drive from Jeju International Airport. Alive Museum Jeju and Hyeopjae Beach are both less than 15 km away from the 5-star hotel. The hotel is gorgeous. Everything is clean, well designed, nicely decorated, and spacious. The staff is kind and professional. There are plenty of shops you can go to without leaving the resort. I profoundly enjoyed my whole stay there.

Brightly decorated, each room and suite is finished with wooden furnishings. You will find a private balcony and a seating area with a flat-screen TV and a minibar. En suite bathroom comes with both a bath and a shower, while the toilet is equipped with an electronic bidet. Complimentary toiletries, bathrobes and slippers are provided for every guest. The room was nice, spacious and clean, the shower had a normal water pressure. The pool is the biggest attraction - beautiful, the nighttime pool party, however, was lacking - not worth the entrance fee.
