A 2nd flat-screen TV in the bathroom is a mirror when turned off. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and diner were excellent - abundant with international and national flavors. The room had Indian palatial luxus.

Perfet place to stay and happily will give 5 stars for Service, food, ambience, hospitality and cleanliness.The location is wonderful and the view of the mountains and the river was very calming and serene. We booked this for one day, and had overall good experience. A very new and amazing concept of butler service. You ask for any thing you get in hand.
The stay was amazing. Bathroom was amazing, luxury bath amenities were there. Although, there were a few areas of improvement. Restaurant staff can be a bit more proactive. The breakfast spread was also a little small when compared to other 5 stars.

Not sure how the hotel got 5 stars, I would evaluate more like a 3 star hotel. Breakfast room was not cleaned up on time, I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and every time I went to breakfast most of tables were empty and full of dirty dishes. The food quality is so-so for a 5-start hotel.
Everything from rooms, furniture, lighting, food, staff was unparalleled. I've been to 5 stars often but Baijoo Niwas was The BEST. Mr. Anshuman is a perfectionist. It was super value for money. We really found a gem in Jodhpur.
First time being in taj,been in many other 5 stars. Best thing about taj is, they feel proud being Indian in every aspect of their Hospitality.to look luxurious or 5 stars they don't copy western sense as I have seen in all 5 stars I have been.their staff ,not those trained staffs,smiling just by rule.here they want to feel you special not to just show you.i remember mr.narayan(room service) ,great sense of what they are representing.at other places it was stay..here it was great experience for my family .
