Located 200 metres from Santacruz Basilica Kochi,the property features an outdoor swimming pool. Absolutely gorgeous hotel in an old Fort Cochin house. Beautifully presented. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were wonderful. The room was immaculate, tastefully furnished, exotic petals on the bed linen, beautiful local wood furniture, big walk-in shower. Everything is very carefully curated. Breakfast was excellent and the one meal we ate in the hotel was superb. An enjoyable early morning walking tour was organised for us which was fascinating. Overall, Forte Kochi hotel was a highlight of our visit to Kerala.

Cool buildings and interior; the lovely furniture were all wonderful things that were carefully selected. Location; this hotel is easily accessible from sightseeing points. Food; the food in the restaurant was very good.

Offering two rooftop heated swimming pools separate for adults and families, two restaurants and a spa and wellness center, The Panoramic Getaway is located in scenic hill station of Munnar. Free high-speed WiFi is available in the property. Mostly everything was at the same standard as a 5 star hotel. 2 heated pools! One of them is an infinity pool on the roof top. Very good and prompt service and staff. Very good food. Almost every dish is tasty Good bf spread which changes daily Beautiful interiors. One of the best that i have seen.

The location, ambience, cleanliness, hospitality and behavior of all staff deserves special mention. The indoor games facilities, adventure games and spa facilities were all excellent. All the staff were very supportive and friendly displaying pleasant attitude. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

The location and boutique service was top notch right from entering the property they treated and looked after you like a family member. I would like to give a special mention to Angel, Sneha, Guest manager Bhatt ( sorry if I got the name wrong), Samarth who organised our beds always left an exquisite artiste touch woth his origami by making different animals with towels which our kids really loved. I also wanted to give a special mention to the gentleman from Kottayam who checked us in along with Shija* apologies if got the name wrong) who checked us out also waited for us until we got into the car to depart. I would definitely stay here again compared to any other Marriot I Kochi. They do have attention to detail and they ate quick to respond and always do ask for any suggestions for improvement. Thry even went yo lengths to pack separate food for my kids from the buffet because they are laye breakfast eaters. The team at Artiste are a dream team. Every management should have such a team. Thank you Team Artiste for looking after us like a family member. We all will definitely be coming back
