I traveled here with my mother and pet cat, and they took care of all our special requirements. The location is wonderful, with a very nice view of the mountains and river. The staff is very warm and welcoming, especially Iqra, Shoaib and all of the housekeeping staff. They had some great Kashmiri food recommendations as well. Try the fried trout with walnut chutney.

I won’t mention too much about the obvious - stunning views, but what I’d love to highlight is the exceptional service we received! A special mention to: - F&B: Arun, Davinder, Nayeem, Vishal and the entire support staff looked after us like family! We throughly enjoyed the many conversations we had with the team, and to top is all the food was delicious! 10/10 for service, efficiency, attention to detail, and the team accommodating my special dietary requests & quirks (almond milk and a specific brand of mineral water) - A special mention also goes out to Aadil in housekeeping, and the front desk team Thank you for the wonderful memories!
