An exceptional 5 day stay at the wonderful Astor Goa with my elderly mother and teenager - the hotel is beautiful both in the common areas and in the room ( lovely decoration and spacious) , extremely clean and well located close to the beautiful Candolim beach, and the staff - front desk, restaurant,room staff and management were all fantastic! The service was great all around and staff made us feel incredibly welcome and special. The breakfast was a delicious, fresh and beautifully presented spread with lots of variety. It is the special touches including the friendly, helpful and professional staff, the complimentary afternoon tea, buggie rides to the beach, minibar, and personal room touches that make this hotel so unique and special. As a frequent traveller for both work and leisure, I can firmly say that the Astor Goa goes above and beyond. It is an exceptionally well managed hotel, and one I will definitely return to and one I highly recommend.

I asked for wheel chair for my mother and the staff was quick to acknowledge the request. They even accepted my request to keep the wheel chair for whole day. It was a wonderful stay over several days and we were welcomed and treated very courteously and warmly at all times and even had a birthday, which caused joy with an absolutely outstanding surprise in the room. The management, Mr. Singh and Mr. Bose knew at all times how to read the wishes of their guests from their eyes and surprised us several times in an absolutely positive way. The entire staff is highly attentive, very competent and courteous. The cleanliness of the hotel is fabulous and the room service is outstanding. The Indian cuisine is also extremely tasty for European palates. We would come back at any time.
