The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. It was obvious how dedicated they are to the guests and their unique workplace. Every day, the fresh towels were arranged like a work of art.

It is located just a 5-minute walk from Plaza Lagoi as well as Bintan Market and offers free WiFi access throughout. The room is spacious and clean. We had free transportation from ferry terminal to the hotel. Staffs are friendly. Great sunset view on the rooftop by the pool. Outstanding massage service!

Amazingly clean! Super friendly staff! In particular Benedict who ran the aqua Zumba class! And Wikiki who welcomed us at breakfast every day!

It is very much like camping but more luxurious with TV aircon and well furnished toilets. The cleaning service is thorough and clean too.
Location was fantastic and superb.
Very respectful with nature ad staff are very friendly. Also food is great, and the spa is in a great setting and provides top quality massages.

Imagine you are staying in the Jungle, in a bungalow, and all around you there is just nature, monkeys, big lizards, otters, birds and bats! Imagine at the same time you get 5-star service! it was a really relaxing place, not only the nature and views and beach, but the people working there are so nice. sending my regards to Omas and Kasir. They are beautiful souls the beach is a stunner!
New hotel, clean and comfy! staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good with local dishes. chef able to customize different eggs you want everyday. Great stay during cny, nice deco for guests to be in festive mood. Location is ok, there’s one jap restaurant, eating house next to the hotel. we got to try a viral indomie Bangladesh across the road and can’t get enough of it! open 24hrs!
The location is very quiet and very near to the ferry terminal. They allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our ferry schedule. Five star service. The staff are very polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.
Everything was great! Staff were friendly. Love the spacious and clean room. Wide varieties of breakfast choices. Dinner was not as good as what we expected in this 4-5 star resort. Hotel provide shuttle pick up and drop off. Buggy on call.
5 stars are for Benny, the Zumba instructor! Foam party every Saturday is also great fun for both kids and adults. Also like the room layout where there’s a separate living area where you can also have friends over.
Exceptional breakfast, top quality and always freshly served with a smile. Tranquility and outstanding hosts. Sophie and Iwan built an amazing oasis, especially if you are looking for a quiet get away from Singapore.
